Hot Tub Parts Source only ships to dealers and retail customers across Canada and the continental US.  We ship your product right to your door using a third party courier service.

Terms: Payment can be made by Paypal, Visa or MasterCard at this time. By providing us with personal data, billing and credit card information, you warrant that you are the individual named on the credit card and that you have the authorization to use the credit card for the purchase of products ordered on this site. Furthermore you authorize Hot Tub Parts Source to charge your credit card for the amount shown on the screen at the time of sale and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING

Fixed rate shipping costs within Canada are subject to change, final shipping cost appears at checkout.

Some remote Canadian addresses will have to pay freight. We will need to quote the shipping rates based on address – even if the screen amount shows $0 freight – We will contact you with associated costs to ship merchandise to your location.  No orders will be processed until, we have contacted and received authorization regarding the additional shipping costs.

 

Please contact us for shipping rates to the USA , also note that some items can incur duty or brokerage fees when coming to the USA.  All shipping rates listed are for Canadian destinations only.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Special orders must be prepaid in full and are non-cancellable or returnable. Lead times may vary based on the suppliers’ timelines.

 

All parts sold at the Hot Tub Parts Source are intended for installation by a licensed electrician, licensed contractor or professional Hot Tub repair company. Any sales or technical advice provided by this website or by our staff may not be construed to authorize or suggest anything but professional installation. Improper use or installation could result in injury or death.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items will be shipped standard courier ground service or Canada Post. Should you require guaranteed next day service, specify a particular courier company, or request any shipment method other than the standard courier ground service offered by Hot Tub Parts Source, additional charges will apply.

Hot Tub Parts Source does not ship COD.

 

COMPONENT IDENTIFICATION

 

Try to match the part or component as closely as possible to the picture as well as description in the catalogue. If you are still unsure of the application, e-mail a drawing/photocopy of the part, or e-mail a digital picture along with dimensions and a brief description of the application and we’ll do our best to try and help you with identification.

If it turns out that the item is no longer available, we will attempt to cross reference to another available item.

 

PRODUCT RETURN

 

PRODUCT RETURN PROCESS

 

  1. Customer contacts Hot Tub Parts Source for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

 

  1. Hot Tub Parts Source will e-mail the RA# on an Authorization to Return Goods form.

 

  1. Customer completes Authorization to Return Goods form, including as much detail about the problem as possible and whether a Warranty Inspection and/or Repair Estimate are required, and e-mails it back to Hot Tub Parts Source.

 

Please Note: there is a $50 inspection bench fee that applies.

 

  1. Customer properly packages product to be returned and clearly indicates the RA# in LARGE print on the outside of the parcel and on the packing slip.

 

  1. A copy of the original Hot Tub Parts Source invoice must accompany each product return.

 

  1. Proof of installation (a service invoice) by a qualified pool/spa Industry professional must be submitted with the claim. Manufacturer will not warranty without proof of installation by a qualified installer.

 

IMPORTANT

 

  • Product must be returned within 30 days.
  • Return product will not be accepted without an RA#.
  • Hot Tub Part Source will not be held responsible for product returns that have been damaged in shipping. You will be notified immediately if a shipment is received damaged. You must make a claim directly with the shipping company.
  • Collect shipments will not be accepted.
  • Hot Tub Parts Source reserves the right to limit the quantity of items that may be returned.
  • Product returned from outside of Canada: shipper is responsible for all Customs, Duties, taxes and any other related charges where applicable.

 

UNWANTED/UNUSED PRODUCT

For product ordered in error, or no longer required.

Acceptance of Unwanted/Unused product is subject to the following conditions:

  1. Product that has been accepted for return will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee charged to the returnee.
  2. Product must be in its original packaging and suitable for resale as determined by Hot Tub Parts Source. Damaged, soiled or otherwise marked product and/or packaging, or product that has been installed will be returned at the sender’s expense.
  3. Special order product may not be returned under any circumstance.
  4. Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  5. If the product intended for return to Hot Tub Parts Source meets these conditions, then follow the instructions above under Product Return Process.

 

PRODUCT SHIPPED IN ERROR

Should incorrect product be shipped in error, contact Hot Tub Parts Source immediately upon receipt and an RA number will be issued per the Product Return Procedure.

 

WARRANTY

 

IMPORTANT

Hot Tub Parts Source does not directly warrant other manufacturer’s product, but will do everything possible to assist you should a claim be required. Always be sure to review the manufacturer’s warranty card for details.

 

PRODUCT FAILURE ON INSTALLATION

If the product was installed correctly and failed immediately upon installation, then it is usually (but not always) a manufacturing defect.

 

PROCESS

 

  1. Contact Hot Tub Parts Source immediately for an RA number.

 

  1. Hot Tub Parts Source will e-mail the RA number on an Authorization to Return Goods form.

 

  1. Customer completes Authorization to Return Goods form, including as much detail about the problem as possible, and e-mails it back to Hot Tub Parts Source

 

  1. Customer properly packages product to be returned and clearly indicates the RA number in LARGE print on the outside of the parcel and on the packing slip.

 

  1. A copy of the original Hot Tub Parts Source invoice must accompany each product return.

 

  1. Proof of installation (a service invoice) by a qualified pool/spa Industry professional must be submitted with the claim. Manufacturer will not warranty without proof of installation by a qualified installer.

 

  1. Return product to Hot Tub Parts Source via pre-paid shipping.

 

  1. Upon receipt, Hot Tub Parts Source will forward the product to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for evaluation.

 

  1. Should the OEM determine that the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, Hot Tub Parts Source will reimburse the original shipping charges, and credit back the full value of the product.

PRODUCT FAILURE DURING OEM WARRANTY PERIOD

 

  1. Review the OEM warranty policy to determine if the product is under warranty. If the product falls within the warranty period and appears to be a legitimate claim*, proceed as indicated.

 

  1. Contact Hot Tub Parts Source for an RA number.

 

  1. Hot Tub Parts Source will e-mail the RA number on an Authorization to Return Goods form.

 

  1. Customer completes Authorization to Return Goods form, including as much detail about the problem as possible, and e-mails it back to Hot Tub Parts Source.

 

  1. Customer properly packages product to be returned and clearly indicates the RA# in LARGE print on the outside of the parcel and on the packing slip.

 

  1. A copy of the original Hot Tub Parts Source invoice must accompany each product return.

 

  1. Proof of installation (a service invoice) by a qualified pool/spa Industry professional must be submitted with the claim. Manufacturer will not warranty without proof of installation by a qualified installer.

 

  1. Upon receipt, Hot Tub Parts Source will forward the product to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for evaluation.

 

  1. Credit, replacement or repair is solely at the discretion of the OEM.

Note that due to product date codes, it is in your best interest to return the product to Hot Tub Parts Source without delay.

*Legitimate claim does not include failure due to: chemical abuse, water intrusion, voltage spike, an improper installation of the product, failure of another component or any external reason other than a manufacturing defect.

 

LABOUR REIMBURSEMENT

When applicable, labour off-set charge is reimbursed according to the Original Equipment Manufacturer product warranty policy. Please review the OEM warranty to determine if they offer a labour reimbursement before contacting Hot Tub Parts Source.
